Encino CA has always been one of the best neighborhoods to live in California and it just got better! 

As of today we have 108 active single family residence on market. As of late this perfect blend of urban and suburban city has drawn more and more developers to build projects and there for increased inventory when most other cities are at a scarcity. With the increase in inventory we now find ourselves at 14% absorption rate in Encino and if you have been following my blogs you know we are no where near this in most of the surrounding areas. What does this mean, let’s remember our point of measure for a health or seller’s market is 20% and most cities are near or above a 50% absorption rate right now. So if you are looking to get the most value for your dollar, want to be able to negotiate a good rate Encino is just what you have been asking for!

Most properties in Encino offer larger home sizes, larger lots, more privacy located near ample restaurants, coffee shops, parks and great school districts! Sounds like the ideal place to call, at least if you ask me!
